You can email us to request a hire extension by sending an email replay to the hire confirmation email you had received after placing your order, and include the number of days you wish to extend for.
An online payment link will be generated and emailed to you, charged at the same price rate as a brand new hire.
Example: if you wish to extend for 1 day, the price would be the same price as 1 day hire. For devices that comes with unlimited data, please contact us and and an online payment invoice would be generated and emailed to you.

You can connect up to 10 different devices at the same time to a pocket wifi.

The data provided through the wifi internet device is supplied by “EE” ,Vodafone and three mobile. We have chosen to use these data service providers because they have a good coverage across the U.K. But we would try out or add more suppliers

We always aim to get devices delivered to the delivery address on your actual arrival/start of hire date (excluding holidays and Sundays), or 1-2 days early as a courtesy (where possible).
Yes even if you are spending just one day in your first/arrival hotel, we can still deliver the wifi device there. But we must receive your order at least 2 working days before your arrival. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would be staying in a Hotel, B&B, Hostel, Motel, Holiday resort, managed holiday rental flat: It would be delivered to your accommodation, and reserved for you at the reception. So you can collect it as you check into your room.
If you would be staying in a private house or with family: It would be delivered to your accommodation. All you need to do is give us the address of the flat, house and it would be sent there using a tracked postage system. If you wish, we can arrange for the package to get there a day after your arrival or on the day of your arrival*
If you have not received your hired device by 3PM on your start of hire date, please contact us immediately by email to notify us of the situation(Email is the best way to contact us). We would look into the issue and reply by email only.
Yes, the end of hire date is the day you should post the device back to us.
The device should be posted back no later than the day that your hire ends. A late return fee is charged per day for every night you keep the device beyond your end of hire date plus admin fees.
If you need the device beyond your end of hire date, you need to contact us to order for a hire extension.
The package would includes a courtesy return postage label (already paid by us) that you can use in posting the device back to us just by dropping it off at any UK post office counter or popping it into “any” post box in the U.K .
Please post it before you depart for the airport if you are departing the UK at the end of your hire period because the post boxes in the airport only accepts flat envelopes (for security reasons). There are red post boxes on almost every street in the United Kingdom, so you can put it into any post box before you go to the airport.

The refundable deposit would be issued back into your payment account (account you used in making your payment) within 28 days after we have received the wifi device in a good working order (no major damages and in a condition good enough for another client to use the device).
