You don’t need to install extra phone lines or cables.

You can email us to request a hire extension by sending an email replay to the hire confirmation email you had received after placing your order, and include the number of days you wish to extend for.
An online payment link will be generated and emailed to you, charged at the same price rate as a brand new hire.
Example: if you wish to extend for 3 days, the price would be the same price as 3 days hire.
The portable pocket wifi internet , temporarty Home internet and Business Wifi device works with any WiFi enabled device, like smartphones (example: iPhone, Blackberry, Android, ), laptops (both “Mac” and “Windows”), tablets (example: iPad, Kindle, Samsung Galaxy, lenovo,Nexus, Windows tablet, and more ). You can connect up to 10 different devices at the same time to a pocket wifi.
Yes you can use LAN/Ethernet cable if you wish to do so. The routers allow you to access the internet using WiFi signal (just like hotsport), but also have a LAN/Ethernet Port at the back that allows you to connect an ethernet cable if you wish to connect any of your gadgets using a LAN/Ethernet cable
The portable pocket wifi internet : Connects up to 10 gadgets at the same time
The temporarty wifi for Home internet : Connects up to 30 devices/gadgets at the same time
The Business Wifi device : Connects up to 64 gadgets/devices at the same time.

Note: The more device you have connected to the wifi equipment, the slower your internet would be and the faster it would take for you to consume your allocated internet data .
You would get unlimited data on any of the devices you hire from us. So we do not have any daily limit, and NO we do not restrict your speed at all.
The data provided through the wifi internet device is supplied by “EE” ,Vodafone and three mobile. We have chosen to use these data service providers because they have a good coverage across the U.K. But we would try out or add more suppliers
No, it does not matter. The device works independent of if your phone is locked or unlocked to a network. The wifi device works like connecting to a HotSpot, so your personal phone network does not matter.
Returned devices take up to 5 working days to get back to us.
Then the Refundable is refunded back your payment account 1 to 3 working days after the returned device (dropped off at the post office or post box ontime) has arrived back with us and tested to see that it is in a good working condition.
The deposit refund goes back to the same account you used in placing your hire/order.
No we do not store the card details from any customer.
Payments are processed and handled by two of the largest payment processing companies in the world and trusted companies (Paypal, Stripe) used by millions of internet companies and individuals.
Same day order and delivery is currently not available. The fastest delivery is the Next Working days delivery of devices. You do not need to select Next Working Day delivery at the checkout, because as part of our dispatch process, late/last minute orders are normally dispatched through a Next working day delivery service.

The latest day your hired wifi internet device(s) need to be posted back to us is on the actual day your hire ends. Late return of device(s) will incur a daily late return fees plus an admin charge(please see Rental/transaction charges and handling section of our rental agreement page )
The refundable deposit is added at the basket/checkout stage.
