Delivery of device ( How Quick is the delivery? )
- Delivered to any address in the U.K (hotel, house, apartment, Airbnb, hostel office)
- Need device within 24 hours? order today before 3PM U.K time(Monday-Friday), and the device would be delivered using “Next Day Delivery” service. Late/Last minute orders are normally dispatched through a “Next Working Day” delivery service.
- Staying only 1 day/night in your first accommodation/hotel, that is fine. Package normally arrives at any U.K address 1 to 3 days before the start of hire date (when you order at least 4 working days in advance).
Delivery Speed – (How Quick is the delivery ?)
Standard Delivery: As standard, we aim to deliver the wifi package 1 to 3 days before your start of hire date(for orders received at least 3 working days before start of hire date)
Late Orders: Late/last minute orders are upgraded to a “Next Day” Delivery service (Mon – Saturday), so it arrives around 24 hours time.

How to Return Device
The package includes a return postage envelope (already paid by us) to use in posting the device back to us just by popping it into “any” post box in the U.K before you depart for the airport. Please post it before you depart for the airport because the post boxes in the airport only accepts flat envelopes (for security reasons). There are red post boxes on almost every street in the United Kingdom, so you can put it into any post box before you go to the airport.
