Devices are normally sent through a “Next Working Day” Delivery service (Including Sundays delivery) . So if you need the device tomorrow, and we receive your order before our last dispatch time today and the start of hire date you select is tomorrow, then we would aim to dispatch the package today so that you get it on your start date of tomorrow.

Our daily last dispatch times are

  • Monday-Friday: 3PM daily, U.K time (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
  • Saturdays: 10AM

We expect the speed of 4G devices to be between 12MB per second and 60MB per second (and higher in some locations)*, and speed of 5G devices to be up to 200MB per second (or even higher in some locations)* although this depends on your location. 
Using Zoom: According to zoom, you only need 2mb per second for a single screen, so the device is fast enough for zoom meetings.
Watching Netflix/movies online: According to Netflix, you only need a minimum of 0.5mb per second or 3mb per second download speed standard definition (reference)

Your rental includes a “courtesy” Free UK return postage label to using in posting back the device through any of the U.K’s over 10,000 post office or over 100,000 UK post boxes (post boxes are on every U.K street)

Where possible a signature is obtained by the postman/woman delivering the package to your address. Any one at the address can sign for it.

If no one is available: 
The delivery company would redirect the package to their storage collection point local to your delivery address for you to pick up the package from there, or to request a re-delivery through their website (details would be in the leaflet they would pass through your door or letter box).
OR you can contact us before you place your order for a local post office collection option, so that it can be delivered to your local post office for you to pickup by your start date. 

Yes you can extend your hire as many times as you require.

If you find out you would need the hired device for longer than planned, you can easily extend your hire by using the hire extension guide included in the hire confirmation email you received after placing your order to extend the hire for as long as needed. 

Or you can send an email reply to your hire confirmation email (email received after placing your order) and the team would be happy to help you.

If your delivery address is a home: The delivery company would normally pass a leaflet through your door with a guide on how to reschedule another delivery attempt (information would also be on the tracking web page) or collect it from the local delivery office.

If your delivery address is a Hotel/Guest house/Office: The delivery company would normally hand over the device to the reception desk staff/concierge of the hotel/guest house/office who would store the package for you to collect when you arrive at the delivery address.

For UK Device: The device can be used through out the United Kingdom ( England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland ). The device provides you with unlimited data access across the U.K.
