When do I get back my refundable deposit?
Your £50 refundable deposit is refunded back to the same account you used in placing your order. The refund is issued after you have posted the device back to us on time and we have tested it to ensure it is in good working order.

If you need a device tomorrow and select tomorrow as your start date, and we receive your order before our last dispatch time today, your device will be dispatched today through a **Next Working Day** delivery service to arrive tomorrow.
